However, central nervous system involvement as a first manifestation of leukemia is rare. A patient of Burkitt's lymphoma with paraparesis is presented and bone marrow smear shows the lymphoblasts contain deeply basophilic cytoplasm and abundant lipid vacuoles in the cytoplasm.
