All Society members should be aware of the importance of the Journal and make an effort to improve it without reservation. The Journal is the flower of any academic organizations. As the purpose of the survival of a plant is to preserve its own species by blooming flowers, the major obligation of any academic organizations is to verify their value of existence and establish the foundation on which the future scholars can advance by blooming the flower, the Journal. As judges can present their opinions through the judgment, scholars?work can only be evaluated through their theses. For this end, it is essential to have a perception that the Journal is not the one that some members produce and distribute to other members but the one that all members make and improve together.
