Pre- and postoperative images of the lumbar spine. After radical debridement including resection of L4 vertebra and psoas abscess drainage, spinal reconstruction with titanium mesh cage and transpedicular screw fixation are performed on same day. Preoperative kyphosis is converted to lordosis after surgery.
