A demonstrative case of large right middle cerebral artery aneurysm with complex angioarchitecture (Upper). This aneurysm was treated by placement of a radial artery bypass graft from the common carotid to the middle cerebral artery with proximal occlusion of M1 segment to reverse flow (Lower).
