| ABSTRACT |

The authors report 2 patients presenting with visual disturbance due to retinal hemorrhage which developed 1 week after clipping of aneurysm in subarachnoid hemorrhage.
Funduscopic findings and pathogenesis of retinal hemorrhage are presented & reviewed. Fortunately funduscopic examination seems to be mandatory for early detection of delayed retinal hemorrhage in subarachnoid hemorrhage. |
