Bilateral Parasagittal Epidural Hematoma.

ABSTRACT
A case of bilateral parasagittal epidural hematoma was represented, which was accompanied by the diastatic fractures of bilateral coronal and sagittal sutures. The patient was paraparetic soon after injury, improving dramatically by evacuation of epidural hematoma 7 days later.
