Pre- and post-operative angiograms showing the difference of ability to discern aneurysm neck remnant between multislice computed tomographic angiography (MCTA) and 3 dimensional digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in a 46-year-old man who have two aneurysms on anterior communicating artery and right A1. Three dimensional DSA clearly demonstrates anterior communicating aneurysm neck remnant whereas MCTA does not.
