A demonstrative case of posterior atlantoaxial transarticular screw fixation in a 30-year-old woman who has type 2 odontoid process fracture associated with cervical cord contusion. Successful reduction of C1-2 subluxation is made after C1-2 transarticular screw fixation and posterior wiring.
