Endoscopic coagulation of choroid plexus in hydranencephaly. Absence of cerebral hemispheres except a small portion of the occipital lobe. The thalami, brain stem, and cerebellum are preserved. The choroid plexus before and after coagulation. The choroid plexus became shrinkage and the blood flow of that was blocked after coagulation.
