Trigeminal Neuralgia Caused by Persistent Primitive Trigeminal Artery. Ma-gnetic resonance angiography revealed a primitive trigeminal artery that came into contact with the trigeminal nerve. With microvascular decompression the patient’s pain subsided without any complications.
