Recently, authors experienced right medial frontal ganglioglioma which presented with seizure for 6 years in 13-year-old male patient. Brain CT, MRI and DSA were checked. The seizure was intractable with medications. After total removal of the tumor, seizure was controlled and no additional neurological deficit occurred.
