ABSTRACT
The cerebral cavernous hemangioma and venous angioma are rare. The authors present three cases of cavernous hemangioma and a case of venous angioma of the brain, The lesions were demonstrated by computerized tomography and/or cerebral angiography. We confirmed 2 cases mimicking hypertensive intracerebral hematoma by excision of abnormal vascular mass found in the microsurgical field.
