ABSTRACT
Anterior interbody fusion for cervical fracture dislocation has been used by many neurosurgeons. But for markedly compressed fracture conventional interbody fusion has been known to make some postoperative problems in stabilization. Authors experienced two cases of cervical fracture dislocation with marked C5 body compression, which was treated successfully using anterior fibular strut graft. Early stabilization of cervical spine was noted and early rehabilitation was possible without any complications.
